Dynamic AF is a boutique coaching service for professionals who are serious about breaking up with and/or negotiating their relationship with alcohol.

Dynamic AF is run by Certified Addiction Recovery Coaches (CARC) in New York State committed to helping high-achieving individuals in their working years overcome substance use disorder and/or dependency on alcohol. 

Through confidential one-on-one or small group coaching sessions, our coaches provide non-clinical support services to individuals newly alcohol-free or relapsed, or curious about overcoming alcohol dependence. Drawing from their experience in recovery and professional training as recovery coaches, they can assist individuals with the development of customized plans, help them navigate the first few days, weeks, or years of being alcohol-free, and connect clients to community-based supports such as meetings and peer groups.
